Very convenient location. Great property, excellent buffet.

Road to suits is cobbled and steep. It would be better if it was paved and smoother. It damaged our car's clutch.

Location was okay, as if you are expecting to get good views of mountains then you will be highly disappointed as you will only see highway from anywhere in the resort. The cost of rooms wasn’t worth. You will be disappointed.

Beautiful landscaping and excellent views from the resort. The scenery is soothing to eyes. Well maintained. A very nice place to stay and relax. A nice place to have get-together.

Suggest to have facility of game room.

No activities for kids as shown in videos like adventure activities , art & crafts etc.Swimming pool not working as temperature controller not working. Huge disappointment for kids.

calmness, view and ambience, room service was also good.

the room we stayed had a faulty washroom. the seat was not balanced. the water from shower disn't properly drain. water came out whenever we use shower. moreover the other room which we booked had a smoking smell, after complaining they gave us some other room in lower category and no discount was offered on that. there was a night fly in the room as well. foul smell of drainage was also there in washroom. told these things to hotel staff as well while checking out.

The location is good with a highway view. 10 km away from Kasauli.

Tbh I didn't like the property. Cleanliness was their least priority. The food was expensive & they overcharged me for the hotel room, after my stay, by providing false information.

The rooms were ok and facilities were good

The food was not upto the mark ....everything taste so sweet . We ordered dal makhni ..which was so sweet to taste and even the dal tadka taste so sweet.

Overall experience was excellent. Villa was neat and clean. All facilities/ services were reachable. My dog also like the place.

Food and open space

Swimming pool should have hot water. It is sooo cold and not usable.For the price, rooms are small and breakfast should be free for all.

Breakfast and dinner needs improvement.Preparation is average. Especially south indian food.

Breakfast was fine, only thing was, too little staff for the restaurant, had to wait long time to fill the empty food bowls.Most of the guests had the same views around us.More staff needed.

it’s on the highway to shimla …. so it was convinient…. the hazel suite is perfect for two families travelling together who want interaction. the staff is courteous. your personal car drops the luggage at the doorstep of your suite

the rooms are descent size but bigger would be more convenient

Staff behavior and food quality

They can provide more facilities...likewise, They have a swimming pool operational but they dont have a hot water arrangement so it's useless in March month when the weather is not harsh.
